Center for Simulation and Research 

 

These AHA courses are open to all healthcare providers and students in the community and within Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC).

 

CCHMC employees who are required to hold these certifications may have course fees waived by using the promo code during registration. Please check with your primary department if you are unsure.

 

CCHMC employees not required to hold these certifications may take the course and pay with a credit card or have the fees cross-charged to their primary department.

 

Participants should only enroll in one AHA route, either a traditional course at the Simulation Center or through the RQI program. If enrolled in both, their department will be charged for the course at the Simulation Center.

 

CCHMC employees can not register more than 6 months prior to their expiratoin date. If you would like to renew earlier than this, please reach out to the Simulation Center. Departments will be charged for early renewals. 

 

**The Simulation Center is no longer distributing physical PALS and ACLS Reference Cards. A PDF copy of the 2025 ACLS and PALS Reference Card is included below for your reference. We are currently updating the CCHMC website and crash carts to reflect the 2025  science updates and expect this process to be completed by the end of March.**

CCHMC Policy

Per CCHMC CPR Certification Policy, CCHMC staff who hold a current PALS AND ACLS cards are not required to recertify their BLS.
